Kristjan Kalev
Kristjan is a Clinical Associate completing his Master of Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School under the supervision of Dr. Giovanni Foti, Ph.D., C.Psych. He provides psychotherapy and psychological assessments for children and adolescents through Halton Hills Psychology Group and the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services. His approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, emphasizing empathy and collaboration to foster resilience and emotional growth. Kristjan supports youth experiencing depression, anxiety, psychosis, trauma, and behavioural challenges, as well as those with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Learning Disabilities. He is passionate about promoting mental health and empowering young people involved in the justice system to develop adaptive skills and self-efficacy. Kristjan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Sociology with a double minor in Psychology and Mental Health, Addiction, and Society from McMaster University.
