The first step is the hardest and making changes in your life can feel overwhelming. Your journey is unique, but you are not alone! My sessions offer a safe and supportive place where you can feel comfortable expressing your feelings and emotions and where vulnerability does not mean weakness. In my 15 years of experience, I have seen firsthand the value of being heard and accepted. I draw from a range of different modalities including CBT, DBT, Collaborative Problem-Solving (CPS), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
